Job Description

We are hiring Real Estate Sales Consultants in Abu Dhabi to work with qualified buyers, investors, and landlords across off-plan, ready, and secondary market properties. This is a commission-driven role with strong support, designed for motivated professionals who want high earnings and long-term career growth.

What You Will Do

  • Meet clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate
  • Handle off-plan, ready, and resale properties
  • Conduct property viewings and professional presentations
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, landlords, and investors
  • Maintain accurate and updated property listings in the CRM
  • Advise clients on pricing, locations, and market trends in Abu Dhabi
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to close deals faster

Who We're Looking For

  • Confidence in client communication (multilingual is a plus)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or property consulting
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • own car & Broker Card Preferred
  • Experience handling medium and high-ticket properties
