Your Role

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will:

• Advise local and international investors on Dubai's luxury real estate market

• Promote and sell premium off-plan and ready properties across the UAE

• Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and property investors

• Stay ahead of new launches, pricing, developer updates, and market trends

• Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing Allegiance Real Estate with professionalism and integrity

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for ambitious professionals who thrive in a high-performance sales environment.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in Dubai real estate sales, property consultancy, property investment, or high-ticket B2B/B2C sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

• A passion for luxury real estate and helping clients build successful property portfolios

• A results-driven mindset with the ambition to earn without limits

• Fluency in English (additional languages are highly valued)

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
