Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for managing high-value property transactions, guiding clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes, and providing expert advice on property investment opportunities. This role demands deep market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Education:Bachelor's degree is a Must.
  • Experience:Minimum 2+ years in real estate sales or leasing, with a proven track record.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Languages:Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
