Senior Property Consultant

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate brokerage

Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate markets

Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

High level of professionalism and client-handling skills

Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously

Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
