Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves providing expert guidance to clients in property investment decisions, conducting property sales and consultations, delivering superior customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Property Consultant will also support clients in identifying profitable opportunities while ensuring their investment goals are met.

Qualifications
  • Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients effectively in investment decisions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven Sales skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close transactions
  • Familiarity with the local property market and investment opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in real estate or property consulting is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage
