Senior Property Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, building relationships, managing inquiries, and developing sales strategies. Daily activities will include cultivating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing professional support to clients throughout the buying or investing process.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Consulting and Real Estate markets
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with ability to build lasting client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales, including negotiating and closing high-value property deals
• Experience in managing client portfolios and advising on investment strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in market analysis and awareness of industry trends
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
