Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert property and investment consultation, managing client relationships, and guiding clients through the property acquisition process. Additional responsibilities include identifying investment opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and stay updated on market trends will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise, with the ability to identify and advise on ideal investment opportunities.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
  • Proven experience in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends, particularly in the New Cairo region.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English and/or other languages is beneficial.
