Senior Property Consultant

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for handling end-to-end real estate transactions, maintaining client relationships, and identifying business opportunities to drive sales growth. The role entails advising clients on property investments, conducting market research, managing negotiations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo.

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate market knowledge
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to establish and maintain client relationships
• Demonstrated experience in Sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure
• Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized property solutions
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a real estate context
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
