Role Description The Senior Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt. This role involves advising clients on residential and commercial property purchases, sales, and rentals, including conducting property viewings and providing market insights. The Senior Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of listings, prepare and present proposals, negotiate offers, and support clients throughout the transaction process. Daily responsibilities also include prospecting and follow-up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with colleagues, and staying updated on local market trends, regulations, and new developments. The role requires consistent on-site presence for client meetings, site visits, and coordination with developers, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure a professional and seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to understand client needs, provide tailored property solutions, and guide clients through decision-making.
- Excellent communication capabilities, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and active listening in client-facing interactions.
- Customer service orientation, with demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, and deliver a high standard of client care.
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Solid understanding of the real estate domain, preferably within the Egyptian market, including property valuation, legal and regulatory considerations, and local project knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate consultancy or property sales, ideally in a senior or client-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to property locations as needed, and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage, along with
