Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves guiding prospective clients through the full property sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to property tours, negotiations, and closing deals. The Senior Property Consultant will maintain a deep understanding of Town Writers portfolio, market trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, including property advisory, market knowledge, and investment assessment.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions within a target-driven environment.
• Relevant experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ethical approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
