Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site, commission-only role suited for ambitious professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering expert property investment advice, and guiding clients through the entire sales process—from initial consultation to closing. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships, managing property portfolios, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand client requirements to provide tailored property solutions
- Offer expert advice on real estate investments and market opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Manage property listings and ensure accurate, up-to-date information
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Negotiate deals and facilitate smooth transaction processes
- Generate leads proactively through networking and market outreach
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience is required
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to advise clients on property investments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within real estate
- Experience in real estate operations (sales, leasing, or property management)
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
