We are looking, on behalf of one of our clients, for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser & Sales Support Specialist to join their luxury jewelry retail team. This dual-role position requires someone who has a strong eye for design and presentation, as well as a passion for customer service and retail sales. You will be responsible for presenting their jewelry collections in an attractive, brand-aligned way in-store, while also supporting day-to-day sales activities and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Merchandising
- Set up and maintain displays and showcases according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Arrange merchandise to highlight product features, maximize appeal, and reflect current trends and promotions
- Monitor and refresh displays regularly to ensure consistency, cleanliness, and visual impact
- Work closely with management to execute seasonal themes, product launches, and promotions
- Maintain store visual standards, signage, and product labeling
Sales Support
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations
- Support the sales team during busy periods by assisting with customer inquiries and transactions
- Ensure merchandise is fully stocked, tagged, and displayed neatly
- Assist in processing stock deliveries and organizing inventory in the back room
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized sales floor
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in visual merchandising and jewelry sales
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Comfortable with light physical tasks such as lifting displays or restocking merchandise
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
