Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through real estate transactions, managing property portfolios, and offering consultancy services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, building relationships with clients, providing customer service, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also requires effective communication to present property options and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience 2:5 Years in Real Estate
• Proficiency in Consulting and Real Estate market knowledge
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
