Key Responsibilities
- Manage premium client accounts and high-value transactions
- Provide expert market insights and investment advice
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients
- Support and mentor junior consultants when needed
- Maintain accurate sales data and reporting via CRM systems
Requirements
- Strong track record in real estate sales
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics and trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Consistent achievement of sales targets
- Experience handling high-net-worth clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and real estate platforms
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Relevant educational background is preferred
