Job Summary

The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the real estate market. This role involves advising on property purchases, sales, and rentals, ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or renters

- Assist clients in pricing properties based on market analysis

- Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions from start to finish

- Stay updated on market trends and local property laws

- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders

- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents and brokers

- Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses.

Required Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in real estate consulting or property management

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with commercial real estate transactions

- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
