Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, based in New Cairo. In this role, you will be responsible for offering expert real estate consulting services, identifying and understanding client needs, and providing tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, executing property sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to guide clients in decision-making processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals
• Ability to stay updated on market trends and property regulations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
