Our client is a premier real estate brokerage based in the heart of Heliopolis. We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant who understands the nuances of the Egyptian real estate market. You won't just be selling units; you'll be building a legacy by advising clients on the most significant investments of their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of premium residential and commercial properties.
- Expert Consultation: Provide clients with accurate data regarding market price trends, ROI for off-plan projects, and legal procedures.
- The Heliopolis Network: Leverage local presence to secure exclusive resale listings in Heliopolis and Sheraton, while driving sales in New Cairo and the New Capital.
- Closing: Lead the sales process from initial lead qualification to the final signing at the developer's office.
- Reporting: Maintain an organized CRM to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Requirements- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in the Egyptian real estate market (Brokerage experience is a must).
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of top developers (e.g., Emaar, Mountain View, SODIC, Palm Hills).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a closer mindset, and a professional appearance.
- Mobility: Must own a car and have a valid driver's license.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
