Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on real estate options based on their preferences and requirements, managing property sales, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, maintaining updated market knowledge, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate management
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales, including effective negotiation and closing deals
• Deep understanding of the real estate market, especially in the high-end property segment
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
