Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Property Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience across both the primary and secondary markets, showcasing and selling premium real estate properties while delivering expert advisory services.
Key responsibilities include:
Presenting and selling real estate properties to prospective investors and end-users
Providing tailored investment solutions aligned with client goals
Conducting property viewings and maintaining strong client relationships
Negotiating deals and ensuring smooth transaction processes
Staying updated on market trends, competitive listings, and regulatory developments
Collaborating closely with the team to deliver a premium and personalized customer experience
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
This role offers full in-house support, including high-quality leads, dedicated marketing campaigns, a videographer, and roadshow planning specifically tailored for the European market and not only.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Consulting and Real Estate, with solid knowledge of UAE property laws and the Dubai real estate landscape at least 1 year of experience with proven track.
Proven track record in Sales, negotiation, and closing techniques
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, capable of engaging diverse international clients
Mandatory proficiency in English
Additional proficiency in Arabic, Farsi, German, Afrikaans,Urdu,Spanish,Russian is a significant advantage
Proactive, driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
Previous real estate experience in Dubai or internationally will be considered a strong asset
