Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and advising clients on property investment options. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high client satisfaction levels. A Senior Property Consultant will also collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and maintain market knowledge to better serve clients.

Qualifications

Proven skills in property sales, negotiation, and client relationship management

Strong knowledge of market research, property trends, and real estate investment strategies

Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele

Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently

Experience with property management software and CRM systems is a plus

Understanding of the real estate laws and regulations in the Egyptian market

Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate or a related field

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is preferred
