Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Property Consultant role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Senior Property Consultant will oversee client consultations, identify and assess client needs, and provide expert real estate guidance. Responsibilities include managing property sales, conducting negotiations, maintaining client communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires market research, relationship building, and consistent performance to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate market practices

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service

Proven ability in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals

Knowledge of the local real estate market and market trends

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools is a plus
