Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, advising clients on suitable real estate investment opportunities, and building long-term relationships with buyers and investors. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and staying up to date with market trends and company projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote company projects to potential clients and investors
• Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Manage and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates
• Conduct site visits and property presentations professionally
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company policies
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Keep updated with real estate market trends and competitors

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Sales professional
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Solid understanding of the real estate market and investment concepts
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
• Experience in mixed-use or developer-side projects is a strong advantage
