The Role

We are looking for experienced Off-Plan Property Consultants with a solid track record in Dubai's real estate market. This role is ideal for agents who already understand the off-plan landscape and are ready to scale their earnings with access to top-tier projects, strong lead support, and a results-focused culture.

You will manage your own client portfolio, drive off-plan sales, and deliver a premium, consultative experience aligned with Novara's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell premium off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers
  • Manage and convert qualified leads from company platforms, referrals, and personal networks
  • Advise investors and end-users on project selection, payment plans, ROI, and market trends
  • Stay up to date with upcoming launches, developer incentives, and off-plan opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional follow-ups
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company processes
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to maximize deal flow and efficiency

Requirements

  • 12+ years of UAE real estate experience (off-plan experience is mandatory)
  • Proven history of closed off-plan transactions
  • Strong negotiation, sales, and client management skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and online property portals
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Immediate availability preferred
