We are seeking a full-time Senior Property Consultant to join our team at RED's office located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, assisting with property sales and purchases, providing market trends analysis, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating deals to ensure client satisfaction. This is an on-site position requiring a deep understanding of the real estate market.

• Expertise in Consulting and Real Estate with proven experience in property markets and investment opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and build long-term relationships
• Proficiency in Sales techniques with a focus on negotiation and closing deals
• Knowledge of the regional real estate market, including residential and commercial projects
• Ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and guide clients toward informed decisions
• Experience with technology-driven tools and platforms in the real estate industry
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong passion for the real estate sector
