Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Cairo for a Senior Property Consultant. The role involves managing the sales process, consulting with clients to understand their property requirements, and providing expert advice. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The consultant will also stay up-to-date with market trends and maintain comprehensive knowledge of real estate opportunities in the area.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Consulting and Real Estate to identify and provide tailored property solutions
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability in Sales to effectively negotiate and close transactions
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in market research and an understanding of trends in the real estate industry
• Previous experience as a property consultant is a MUST
