Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Property Consultant located in New Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional consulting services to clients, identifying their property needs, and guiding them through sales and purchasing processes. The role requires building and maintaining professional relationships with clients, providing market insights, meeting sales targets, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills for understanding the property market and offering tailored recommendations
- Highly developed Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, address client needs, and maintain relationships
- Proven proficiency in Sales with the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively
- Good understanding of the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are beneficial
