Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Advisor, based in Sheikh Zayed City. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and managing property investments. Daily tasks include providing guidance on real estate needs, cultivating strong client relationships, conducting property evaluations, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional customer service throughout their transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with clients and ensure their needs are met effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Property Management, including property evaluations and understanding market trends
- Understanding of Investments and Finance, with the ability to support clients in making informed real estate decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic client requirements
- Proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in the real estate sector or a related industry (preferred but not required)
