Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Growth Executive. The Growth Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, managing sales pipelines, preparing business proposals, and contributing to revenue generation activities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work in an on-site and team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a strong advantage
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
