Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant specializing in off-plan properties to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan sales, strong developer relationships, and the ability to close high-value deals while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to local and international clients
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of investors and end-users
- Advise clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and ROI
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developers, projects, pricing, and payment plans
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project launches
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in off-plan property sales
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and investment strategies
- Proven sales performance with a strong closing ratio
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Real estate license (preferred, depending on location)
