Senior Proposals Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and registering new opportunities across various platforms.
- Conducting market research and developing innovative proposal strategies.
- Writing and developing core proposal documents (original writing only, no AI-generated content), including but not limited to:
- Technical Proposal
- Financial Proposal
- Other supporting documents as required
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary technical inputs for proposals.
- Enhancing the visual presentation of proposals.
- Getting necessary approvals for final proposal submissions.
- Timely submission of proposals by the required process.
- Following up on submitted proposals to track progress and feedback.
- Participating in post-bid meetings and supporting deal closure efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in research and market analysis.
- At least 2-3 years of proposal development experience within the training and educational private sector (you will have to provide samples).
- Strong proficiency in technology, including AI tools, CRM systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex information into clear proposals.
- High attention to detail with exceptional proofreading and editing skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Experience working with international donors, private sector clients, or government entities is a must.
- Knowledge of proposal budgeting and cost structuring is a must.
