Job Description

Client Partnership & Strategy

Serve as a confident day-to-day contact for clients, offering counsel, solutions, and proactive ideas.
Translate briefs into actionable planspress office, digital PR, influencer angles, event strategy, and story development.
Build strong relationships across client teams while ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and with impact.

Editorial & Storytelling

Identify story hooks with the support of the Account Manager that make brands culturally relevantnot just visible.
Support integrated content ideas.

Media Relations

Maintain and develop relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and influencers.
Pitch stories that land meaningful coverageearned (traditional), earned (digital), and hybrid (influencer collabs).
Arrange and prep clients for interviews, briefings, and media opportunities.

Influence & Digital PR

Spot collaboration opportunities with creators, influencers, and digital storytellers.
Build influencer lists, manage outreach, coordinate deliverables, and ensure authentic brand alignment.
Work alongside social and content teams to support integrated creative campaigns.

Monitoring, Analysis & Reporting

Track traditional and digital coverage, sentiment, and impact.
Prepare weekly/quarterly client reports, meeting recaps, progress trackers, and coverage summaries with insight.
Flag industry trends, competitor movement, and emerging opportunities for clients.

Event Support

Assist with planning and executing press conferences, launches, interviews, and media-facing moments.
Manage press kits, RSVPs, media check-in, and on-ground coordination.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with account managers, creatives, strategists, and social teams to deliver seamless, integrated work.
Support the growth of the PR function through idea-sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
