Kam Real Estate Development Company, based in Riyadh, is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities, including project-related procurement and close coordination with the Contracts Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Purchasing activities related to company projects and operations.
- Handle local and external (international) purchases in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the Contracts Department to ensure alignment between procurement and contractual terms.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with approved budgets and timelines.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Purchasing.
- Previous experience in real estate development or construction companies is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of project Purchasing and general purchasing processes.
- Experience in external and international procurement is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
