Senior QA Engineer

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior QA Engineer. The Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality of software and systems. Daily responsibilities include creating and maintaining test scripts, identifying and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with developers to resolve defects, and driving process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and software reliability.

• Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies, manual testing, and developing Automated Testing frameworks.
• Proficient in writing test cases, managing testing cycles, and performing regression testing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document and report software defects effectively.
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or other testing and defect management platforms.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field is preferred.
