House of Consulting Office for Consulting Engineers Co. (HCO) is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia. HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a one-stop solution for their clients project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team for a project in AlUla. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control for civil construction works, with strong knowledge of inspection procedures, material approvals, and compliance with project specifications and international standards.

  • Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan in accordance with project requirements.
  • Monitor and supervise QA/QC activities on-site to ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
  • Conduct site inspections and witness testing to verify compliance with project quality standards.
  • Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure proper corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to maintain quality standards throughout the project.
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports and quality records.
  • Support the project team in resolving technical and quality-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in QA/QC for civil construction projects.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and construction practices.
  • Familiarity with inspection processes, material approvals, and testing requirements.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
