Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA QC Engineer specialized in Interiors & Fit Out to ensure that our projects meet the highest quality standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring all interior and fit-out work meets project specifications.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement QA QC processes and procedures for interior and fit-out projects.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify quality requirements and recommend improvements.
- Manage quality documentation, including reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA QC Engineer in interior and fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards, processes, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Professional certifications in quality management is a plus.
Skills
