Job Description:
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Review requirements with product and tech teams to spot gaps and define test scenarios early.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Create and maintain test documentation (test plans, cases, reports).
- Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs, validate fixes, and uncover edge cases.
- Own and enhance the QA process, ensuring efficient bug tracking and stable releases.
- Mentor junior testers and promote strong quality practices across teams.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.
- Strong manual testing experience, especially across large or multi-role platforms.
- Good knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, JMeter).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and release management.
- Ability to write clear, actionable bug reports and documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Django or React-based applications.
- Knowledge of performance, load, or stress testing tools.
- Background in EdTech or large-scale learning platforms.
