Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Heliopolis. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer specializing in fit-out projects, you will be responsible for executing and managing all quantity surveying activities. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, preparation of BOQs (Bills of Quantities), tendering and procurement, assessing project budgets, and managing financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, contract administration, and budget management for fit-out projects.
• Experience in preparing BOQs, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline tracking and resource planning.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and quantity surveying tools.
• Familiarity with local and international construction standards and codes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in fit-out projects is preferred.
