Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Candidate must have comprehensive practical knowledge and experience in Quality assurance aspects as applied in Oil and Gas Projects including.
- Demonstrated experience in development, implementation monitoring of Project Quality Management Systems
- Support the Project Quality Management Review
- Support monitoring of project quality KPIs and reporting of project quality performance
- Experienced in participating in quality incident & failure investigations (RCAs)
- Collation of lessons learned/quality alerts and dissemination into the quality networks and project communities.
- Development and management of mitigation actions required for Lessons learned and flaws.
- Development and implementation of audit and review program (this includes vendor, construction / module fabricator assessments) including execution and monitoring the close out of audit findings.
- Conduct quality audits/assessments, Quality Management (QM) oversight, and Supplier Quality Surveillance (SQS) and EPC Quality Audits including evaluating the effectiveness of the system implementation.
- A CQI/IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead auditor is must.
