Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.

Conduct and coordinate site inspections and testing for MEP systems, landscaping works, and infrastructure activities.

Review and Authorize ITPs, Method Statements, WIRs, MIRs, and test reports.

Oversee execution of site quality activities, prepare reports, and analyse quality and performance data.

Manage NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective actions.

Coordinate awith Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors for inspections and approvals and conduct necessary quality meetings

Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, project specifications, and standards.

Prepare Project Closeout report, Support snagging, de-snagging, and final handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

10+ years relevant experience, including Senior QA/QC role in MEP, landscaping, or infrastructure projects.

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification Mandatory

Strong knowledge of MEP systems for swimming pools , irrigation, infrastructure works, Landscaping and QA/QC procedures.

Proficient in inspections, reporting, and documentation.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
