Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and/or Participate in Client Quality or Technical Compliance Audits for Contractors, Subcontractors or Vendors.

2. Review the Contract documents for each Construction Package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Contracts Manager of any deficiency.

3. Review QA/QC site organization, key personnel CVs as submitted by the Contractors and advise the Project Director/Manager.

4. Review QA/QC Procedures and Document Control as submitted by the Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with Contract requirements.

5. Review Inspection Test Plans as submitted by the Contractors and ensure compliance with Contract requirements.

6. During the early stage of the Project, review Contractor technical submissions for conformance with Contract requirements

7. Attend all activities on site and ensure their compliance with QA/QC procedure in respect of the format signed off by Contractor's QA/QC Manager.

8. Ensure traceability of all materials and equipment from purchasing up to delivery on site.

9. Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved materials and specification.

10. Closely monitor site activities and fully coordinate with PM discipline engineers on a daily basis issuing NCRs in case of non-compliance. Report to Project Director/Manager in case of shortage of skilled laborers and/or site supervision staff.

11. Upon request of the Contractor via Inspection Requests, inspect the Works for conformance with Contract requirements

12. Participate with PM staff in assessing Concession Requests and Field Design Changes as submitted by Contractor.

13. Participate with PM staff in reviewing the Close-Out Report as submitted by Contractors.

14. Coordinate with all disciplines/Contractors for QA/QC
