Job Summary
Oversee the manufacturing of products and involved in every stage of making a product from development and manufacturing to packaging, using various methods of testing and inspection. Document and analyze test results and report the findings to the management.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and direct activities related to the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
- Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.
- Develop and maintain testing schedules, ensuring timely execution of inspections and tests.
- Review and approve test results, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and availability of lab equipment and tools.
- Investigate non-conformities and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit technical reports, summaries, and quality documentation to management.
- Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensuring adherence to procedures and coordinating with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
- Assist employees in understanding and complying with all quality standards, manuals, and procedures, and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain system quality.
- Devise sampling procedures and design forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
- Compile and write training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.
- Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and other personnel to disseminate quality control information.
- Prepare test procedures as needed.
- Assist the finance department with the monthly inventory.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or relevant discipline).
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Control within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes across the full product lifecycle—from raw materials to finished goods.
• Hands‑on experience with inspection, testing, and validation of products in compliance with specifications and standards.
• Solid understanding of quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements (ISO standards preferred).
• Experience preparing quality reports and presenting findings to management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Professional certifications related to Quality Management are an advantage.
