Job Summary

The Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, error-free solutions within the Dynamics 365 project. The QC Engineer will be responsible for testing customization, integrations, and ensuring that the solutions meet the required business needs and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test plans, test cases, and automate test scripts for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify defects and suggest improvements.
• Ensure all solutions meet the required standards and pass government compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in testing Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM and ERP).
• Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of integration testing and data migration testing.
• Ability to write clear and concise defect reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
