We're Hiring: Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) – Villa Projects
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team for prestigious luxury villa projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, and applicable standards.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs).
- Conduct inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Monitor subcontractors quality performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Raise, monitor, and close NCRs, CARs, and quality observations.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams during inspections and quality audits.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, quality records, and project reports.
- Support project handover by ensuring all quality documentation is complete.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred.
