Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, bill of quantities for all disciplines and Costs Estimates.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for all disciplines.
- Support bidding teams by providing accurate quantities and pricing data.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for completeness.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and cash flows.
- Measure and verify variations, claims, and change orders.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with contract terms and technical specifications.
- Support in identifying potential commercial and contractual risks.
- Provide documentation for dispute resolution when required.
- Maintain accurate cost and quantity records.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and recommendations for cost optimization.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Quantity Survey Senior Engineer min. 5 years of experience in the same field.
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Very Good knowledge of computer applications. (Ms. Office - AUTOCAD, Quantity Survey- Shop Drawings
