Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). Based in Al Khobar, this role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will conduct feasibility studies, negotiate contracts, and evaluate tender documents. Additionally, they will collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting for MEP works
• Experience in contract management, tendering, and procurement processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in using relevant software tools like MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required
• Previous experience in MEP projects and within the construction industry is an advantage
