Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on similar design and or construction projects
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control
  • Strong knowledge of measurement standards, valuation processes, and commercial practices
  • Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and interim payments
  • Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is highly desirable
  • Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
  • Manage measurement, valuation, and certification of works
  • Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts
  • Administer subcontractor agreements and payment processes
  • Support commercial reporting and financial control activities
  • Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on commercial matters

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
