Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and cost management activities across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management on similar design and or construction projects
- Proven experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial control
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards, valuation processes, and commercial practices
- Ability to manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and interim payments
- Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is highly desirable
- Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Manage measurement, valuation, and certification of works
- Assess and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs against budgets and forecasts
- Administer subcontractor agreements and payment processes
- Support commercial reporting and financial control activities
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on commercial matters
Qualifications
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
