We're Hiring Quantity Surveyors & Senior Quantity Surveyors – Pre-Contract Team
We are currently expanding our Pre-Contract Team and invite qualified Quantity Surveyors to apply for several key roles within our Cairo office. We're looking for detail-oriented professionals with strong technical expertise and a solid foundation in pre-contract work.
Available Positions:
- Structural QS | 3–5 years of experience
- Infrastructure QS | 3–5 years of experience
- Electrical QS | 3–5 years of experience
- Structural Senior QS | 7–10 years of experience
- Infrastructure Senior QS | 7–10 years of experience
- Electrical Senior QS | 7–10 years of experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Accurate quantity take-offs and measurements for a variety of systems and disciplines
- Technical review of project documents, including drawings and specifications
- Preparation of comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Development of cost estimates to support budgeting and tendering phases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline
- Proven experience in pre-contract quantity surveying is mandatory
- Residency in Cairo is required
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit; familiarity with Cost X is an asset
- Strong understanding of standard methods of measurement and industry best practices (POMI, NRM, CESMM)
