Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost planning and management, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The role includes conducting cost reporting, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring that costs align with budgets and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Reporting and financial analysis within construction projects
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with relevant financial and project management software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in the construction or engineering consultancy sector is an advantage
