Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer, located in Qesm Heliopolis. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer will handle tasks such as cost control, budget preparation and analysis, bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation, cost management, and periodic cost reporting. Responsibilities include ensuring project cost efficiency and effective financial monitoring, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
- Expertise in Cost Reporting and financial monitoring
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in quantity surveying or a similar role
- Familiarity with international and local construction standards
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
