A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
- Master's Degree in Construction Economics or related field is an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as MRICS, RICS, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Proven track record in cost estimation, contract administration, and claims management.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.
- Minimum of 810 years of experience in civil quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Manage contracts, variations, and claims in line with project requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations to ensure accurate cost control.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve commercial issues.
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC and other relevant contractual standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QS team members.
